Blauwe Reiger Yacht club (BRYAC) is situated at the beautiful “Kanaal van Beverlo”, between Leopoldsburg and “De Blauwe Kei”.

The little harbour lies in an oasis of green at a few hundred metres from the village centre. Visitors imagine themselves to be in paradise, “God in France” as we say in Dutch. The old canal indeed reminds you of the French canals. Here you find a combination of “Rest” in a splendid nature and this at walking distance from the bustle of bicycle tourism and catering industry.

By its location at the cycle track network, this spot is an ideal starting point for superb walks and cycle tours. The 31 berths, six of which are permanently reserved for transients, are all connected to the electricity and water supply and partially to satellite TV. Sanitary fittings, washing machine, tumble dryer, as well as a library and the club room are at the transients’ disposal.

Tavern “De Waterkant” renowned to all cycle tourists, has a landing for guests and is also perfectly accessible to our culinary water sport lovers.
